Intuitive Healing Sessions
An Intuitive Energy Healing Session with Lara can be either over the phone or in-person to help you identify and release what is holding you back, keeping you stuck, and preventing you from living your best life possible. Lara combines Reiki, channeled intuition, angel card reading, chakra clearing, life coaching, spiritual counseling, and mindfulness techniques to help you be more aware, gain a higher self-perspective, & receive Divine love.
Each session is different depending on each person's individual needs. The overall theme however is usually clearing out stagnant energy in the form of outworn belief systems, stuck energy, or long held emotions so that clarity, new energy, and higher frequencies can be accessed and implemented into your life right now. This can include career transition, relationship issues, health matters, or general lack of clarity around life situations.

Sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes based on your goals and needs.

If you are coming to the studio for an in-person session you can add on a
Crystal Bed Session
for deeper healing.
A Crystal Bed Healing Session balances your chakras and raises your vibration with color, light, and powerful crystals. Seven Vogel cut quartz crystals are suspended over your body as you lay on your back. Each of the crystals has been cut to a specific frequency to resonate with each chakra. A session consists of lying on the bed for 40 minutes while listening to soothing music. The crystals radiate color to the respective chakras to cleanse them and to balance their energies. Every experience is individual and unique.
When you come for a crystal bed session, you will be able to experience the portal to the entities through the sacred prayer triangle. It has been activated (turned on!) by the Healing Entities of the Light and serves as a direct link (or portal) to the hundreds, if not thousands, of Divine spirit helpers who are listening to and responding to your requests. Use the Prayer Triangle to help focus your session on what you are wanting to improve, manifest, remove and heal for your self and anyone else who is on your mind.

WORK WITH DR. LARA
Sessions are about 45-60 minutes to included a brief set-up & intention setting practice with the prayer triangle (if you so choose). You will then lay under the Crystal Lights for approximately 40 minutes while listening to soothing music and relaxing (many people fall asleep or into a deep meditative state).
