Health, Well-being, the Path to Healing...How Do We Get There?

In my practice, I do not like to use drugs in my treatment approaches. I know it sounds crazy! Especially being that I am a clinical pharmacist by training. BUT, I believe the imbalances that manifest in our lives start at the energetic level. These energetic imbalances, if left ignored, will eventually fester into weight gain, depression, anxiety, heart disease...well, you get the idea. I believe health starts and ends with self-awareness, introspection, and what we put in our bodies. True healing comes from solving a problem at the root source, not masking a symptom with a chemical. In western medicine a cure is assumed to be healing. You can cut out a cancer and be labeled cured, but if the cause of the cancer is not addressed it will come back.

My approach to healing, and maintaining an optimal state of well-being, is whatever is perfect for you. Bio-individuality is a concept I believe in and is a staple in my practice. There is no one size fits all cure for anything out there today.  No better place is this true than our diets.  There are certain foundational pillars that I customize to fit your needs and lifestyle. These include food (of course), movement/exercise, mindfulness/spiritual practice, and sleep. Beyond the foundation, I offer reiki in a variety of modalities to aid in clearing and balance.

I aim to inspire you to reclaim your health through nourishing, empowered lifestyle choices. Together we will implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. My allopathic education combined with the IIN curriculum, has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired, motivated & empowered to make real lasting change in your life. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life, such as love and relationship, as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
