Today I dispel the myths about forgiveness, then I take you through the steps of a forgiveness practice.

Myths:

  1. Forgiveness is all about the other person.

  2. In order to forgive, that means what happened is ok.

  3. Forgiveness is hard.

Steps To Get You There:

  1. Be willing

  2. Be the witness and be grateful for the growth

  3. Surrender

  4. Be consistent in your practice

  5. Be patient with yourself and the situation
