Now you have Reiki! Let's work with it!

Here's how to treat yourself and others

3 Pillars of Reiki

3 Pillars of Reiki

The 3 primary steps to every Reiki session, whether it is a self treatment or treating others.

Don't forget to start with your Kenyoku. Although it is not a formal Pillar, it is a very important step.

The Unofficial 4th Pillar

Kenyoku is the act of cleansing. It really should be the 1st pillar (or step), but here we are...

Remember the power of 3. 3 arm brush strokes, 3 cross body strokes.

Now what do I do?

Turning it on, feeling it, finding the Aura

Let's try this on ourselves first. Follow along while trying this on yourself!

Feel free to repeat this section as much as you need.

Self Treatment Hand Positions

Please follow along in your book while practicing on yourself.

Repeat this section as much as needed.

Treating Others, Techniques and live Practice

Breaking down the hand positions while treating others one by one.

Extra techniques also live here. Some great questions are asked and more content is covered during the practice time so please watch this in its entirety.

Feel free to have a friend join you to practice on for this section.

Grounding, Protection and Sacred Space

Grounding & Extra Techniques

This isn't reviewed much in the manual, but grounding is the most important step, next to protection.

The extra techniques is just a bonus. :)

Sacred Space

This is also referred to as your Bubble or a safe, healing space with no judgment, where it is okay to be vulnerable.

It is important to BOTH open and close sacred space at the beginning and end of each session.
