The mind-body connection is one of the foundational pillars of consciousness. Consciousness means awareness of internal or external existence. By tuning in and paying attention to what's going on in our bodies we can enhance our understanding, improve performance, and increase the pleasure we draw from life.
To be alive is to be aware. So, in this episode, we will bring awareness to our bodies. Most of us don't think about our physical bodies until we are ill, injured, or uncomfortable in some way shape, or form. We are so consumed with our external world that we don't allow the time to pause and give the warranted attention to our internal world. In this episode, I will guide you through a mindfulness process to reattune to your body unifying your mind and body.
