Welcome back to Light Body Radio!
Today we are exploring about How our Emotions, Fears, Thoughts, and the Negative Things around us impact our Physical and Mental well-being.
All of our negative emotions are the result of feeling afraid. If you take a moment when you are feeling angry, sad, frustrated, resentful or any other negative emotion and attribute your negativity to fear, the negativity dissipates. If you then take the next step in noticing what you are afraid of and sit with it and breath, the fear goes from overwhelming and controlling to just an illusion.
About My Guest:
ELIORA
Eliora is an author and energy healer who specializes in how our emotions have the power, both negative and positive, to frame our lives. It is her mission to guide others through their own emotions and the emotions of those around them as they work to create healthy patterns in their relationships.
