How Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra can serve us on our path to becoming better sleepers. We tend to be quick to "outsource" sleep solutions but there is so much we can do ourselves to optimize our sleep.

 

 

About My Guest:

Vytaute Liutkeviciute

Vytautė is an Āyurvedic Sleep Coach on a mission to help those who struggle with sleep to recalibrate their sleep cycles and to regain their energy. Having herself suffered from insomnia for 6 years, she now uses ancient Āyurvedic wisdom and yoga nidrā to guide herself and others to the realms of rest. She advocates reorganising our daily routines in a way that leaves more space for rest and self-care. It is through slowing down that we are able to tend to our bodies in an impactful way, enjoy optimal health and live our best lives. Vytaute lives in Belgium with her husband and two kids. When she is not geeking out on the ancient Vedic sciences, you can find her hanging out in the forest, sipping chai and taking care of her little ones.
