How to Prevent Wrinkles and Look Younger
Wrinkles are a map to our memories but they can sometimes leave you feeling self-conscious about the way your skin looks and feels.
Preventing wrinkles and looking younger is more about your lifestyle than it is about the types of fadskin care products you use or diets you try. Making simple changes in your lifestyle is the first steptoward preventing more of those wrinkles from showing and looking younger!
There’s no time like the present to get started!
Watch Your Sun Exposure
Going out and getting some sunshine can be great for your mental health but hard on your skin. Makingsure that each time you go out you have sunscreen on andthat you limit the amount of exposure youget. Carry that sunscreen with you so you can reapply it while you’re out!
Sunshine can also leave you with free radicals within your body. Keeping your exposure to the sun limited helps reduce the number of free radicals in your system which can cause you to age more quickly and leave you with more wrinkles.
Avoid Repetitive Facial Expressions
One of the joys of aging is realizing that those smile lines and wrinkles next to your eyes are caused by thousands of good memories and sweet thoughts!
But when you don’t want to see those wrinkles keep growing, a simple reminder is to avoid those repetitive facial expressions. It’s not just smile lines but frown lines as well. If you bite your lip all thetime you might endup with wrinkles at the corner of your mouth. Squint too often and you’ll getwrinkles between your eyes.
It can be difficult to school the way your face reacts but take time to see where and how you react andwhat your facial expression is. School your face so you don’t keep making the face over and over againand let those wrinkles fade!
Eat a Well-Balanced Diet
Eating a well-balanced diet has benefits that go beyond what they can do for your wrinkles and your skin! That same well-balanced diet is packed with vitamins and minerals that fill out your skin and keepit looking great even as you age.
A balanced diet is also packed with antioxidants which helps remove those free radicals that come with too much sun and aging and leave your skin smooth and glowing once again!
